It is AMAZING what weight loss can do for many different things. Not that I was every really over weight before but I was not healthy in my life style so I got some great news at the doctor today. Now, thanks to my much healthier life style and much healthier weight I am ALLOT healthier, what a great feeling all the way around.
Too celebrate I went to lunch at Tony Roma's with my BFF's/ Sisters and splurged on some very yummy chicken fingers and fries! HAHA, probably the wrong way to celebrate but it was so good, I havn't done that in a LONG time!
