I can't help obsessing over weighing myself, looking for positive encouragement I guess to keep up my willpower to chug along.
84.6 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 21.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

A past manager told me this when things are really tough. It is silly when you first hear it but when I do get in one of those modes and need some positive encouragement, I think of this phrase and then laugh and then continue to move on. Do you know how you can eat an entire elephant, just one nibble at a time. OK I know silly and corny but you can do ANYTHING you set your mind to doing. It might take a long time to get there but you will get there and do it. Good luck!!!!
