Birthday turned into birthday weekend cheats, including a piece of cake.

I have never felt a carbohydrate overload hangover, but I did this weekend on Saturday and Monday after indulging in Mexican (rice, beans, chips, and fajitas)and Carrot cake (that wasn't very good)on Sunday. I felt like I had drunk a bottle of Tequila.

Hopefully, I will keep that in mind and stay away from the carbs for a long while! I dropped down to 185 and then back up to 187 over the weekend (whatever those numbers actually mean).

Its a new day...back to the low carbness!!
84.8 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 21.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week

Isn't that crazy? How we never noticed that it made us feel bad before because it was normal for us, but once you start eating healthy you can feel the difference. That is good though, cause it means you have been doing great if you're able to feel that difference. Keep it up!

You ALWAYS make sure the calories are worth it!!! If your going to down some cake it needs to be like eating a slice of heaven... lol back on the band wagon :)
