It all happens a lb at a time ... sometimes less than a lb at a time!! LOL!! My highest "recorded" weight was 277 and I've been down and up and down since then. I say "recorded" weight because most of the time I have avoided the scale. My way of staying in denial I guess. It does seem like it is easier to gain than lose. Good luck on your journey. I hope you find this site a support! Sounds like to me you have already made progress!!
