I am 58 years old with a lot of weight to loose. Goal right now is 60 pounds. That would be a great improvement. I have battled weight gain all my life and apparently have lost the battle. I am trying again for the thousandth time. Am going to the gym 5-6 days a week and feeling stronger, working hard. Did not loose weight this week. I must keep trying!!! I am on phase 2 of South Beach, no refined sugars, only small amts. of whole grain breads, no potatoes, corn or peas and of course No Sweets.
