I think I've figured out my downfall. Evenings. I was perfect all day, even had a very legal dinner but after dinner I ate like 4 100 calorie snacks in the span of 42 seconds. Seriously. It's like my brain stops working for an instant and I temporarily lose my mind and my self discipline. I haven't quite figured out a way to tackle that problem yet but it's really frustrating, especially when I've been so good all day and resisted so many temptations.
As I write this, I resisted joining ALL of my colleagues at a pizza lunch. I stayed back and had my carrots and hummus. So if I can do that, why do I temporarily lose my mind.
Hope everyone else is having a good week!
