my lovely boyfriend has just bought me an exercise bike. So no more excuses i havent time to exercise, i can go on it while watching the soaps haha. iv also decided to weigh in fortnightly coz i know i have probably put weight on instead of losing it as iv been on holiday from work so iv been a bit lazy oooooops.
