i am 23 years old, i have 2 young girls ages 11months and 4years. i am quite active as i am always running around after my 2 girls inbetween workin wiv elderly people wiv dementia. i love listening to music and dancing about the house, i like cooking, love eating lol. my target weight is 9 and a half stone so i need to lose half a stone and tone up i want a flat stomach well before summer.
