so far, so good! ive been doing a half hour of elliptical daily, and eating well. it sure helps watching all those weight loss commercials on tv while i run. great motivation!
61.2 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
