Aku olahraganya sabrina chairunissa 10 menit. Sumpah itu ampuh bgt pdhl aku pas itu blm kenal defisit dan udh loss 3-4kg dlm 2 minggu:’ Trs kenal fat secret mulai clean food, tapi ga clean clean bgt. Cuma ngurangin kuah kuah, trs nasinya 100gr, kalau gorengan di tisu in dulu. Yg penting banyakin protein dan serat. Aku olahraga tiap hari hehe, kadang pke chloe ting, pilates, yoga, lari. Olahraganya bentar kok cuma 10-20 menit doang sehari. Yg penting rutin aja guys, yokk kalian pasti bisa
