hai hai hari ini aku start diet lagi after lost control makan sekitar 2 mingguan, pertama timbang naik 2kg dalam 2 minggu, tapi ternyata pagi ini udah turun lagi sekitar 1.3 kg jadi total cheating 2 minggu cuma naik 700gram, alhamdulillah yuk semangat
