Back on track after holiday, but I've picked up the bad habit of snacking late at night that I need to stop. Start week 5 of P90X today. Did measurements and I've lost 7" and 4.8 lb since starting on the 1st. Exercises are getting much easier. Played a dumb punching bag game at the bar the other night and beat a couple of the guys! :)
