Another plateau. Seems like every 10 lbs. this happens. Then I stay right at the same weight for 2 weeks or so. I've been doing P90X for 6 weeks. I haven't followed the nutrition guide 100%, and have decided that maybe that is the problem. I have increased my protein intake quite a bit, but I guess I just balk at the idea of going from 1500 cal/day to 2400. I'm going to try 2000 cal/day for a week and see if this makes a difference. I do notice that I become nearly ravenous every 2 hours. And I've been really good about not snacking late in the evening, but then go to bed really hungry and wake up so hungry I feel sick. Again, hopefully increase in calories will help.
