Finally lah turun. Overthinking juga kok lambat banget turunnya. Yaudah bulan ini cuman 2 kg dibandingkan bulan kemarin yang 4 kg. Kalau akhir tahun ini ditutup dengan berat di bawah 90 kg, wah bersyukur banget.
94 kg Lost so far: 6 kg.    Still to go: 20 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
