bawa bekal buat sarapan roti gandum di toast di telfon aja, jujur minggu ini rasanya berat banget after 3 minggu full no cheating dan alhamdulillah berhasil turun sekitar 6 kg, jujur aku udah mulai cranky, mood udah jelek terus, mesti gimana temen2?:/
