Aku tadi niatnya mau cheat meal makan malem aja,terus beli cookies vegan buat sarapan besok tapi malah kebablasan abis semua,padahal aslinya udah bengep bgt habis makan malam tapi rasanya pengen makan mulu :( kalo ditahan rasanya jadi sedih gajelas gitu😭
Sedih banget padahal dulu waktu aku ga biasain cheat day seminggu sekali gapernah binge eating kayak gini, kecuali emang ada rencana makan banyak😭
