I am feeling pretty guilty about this weekend...my ORIGINAL plan for the long weekend was to work out every day as I knew I'd take in more calories then I should but I only worked out once...ugh! I did do allot of shopping...not sure that is really considred much of a work out but better then nothing I guess. I hate set backs...so I am back on track today and will just have to work out every night after work to make up for it vs. take any days off. My sister/BF is my motivation so I gotta keep up with her! I am pretty down about turning 30 in a couple weeks so at the very least I want to feel "ok" with how I look when I turn 30!
