YES! I had a successful lunch with friends at Cafe Rio today...water with a grilled chicken taco salad w/ no shell (which is obviously the worst part for you, even though it is the best part). It's the little things. I P90X'd it up last night with Plyo (I don't care who you are, that is HARD and I've done it many many times now)and tonight I have a date with ab ripper and some arms while watching my DVR'd Biggest Loser.
