Tis the season for all kinds of CRAP to come in and out of the office that I really really want to eat SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I need, and have zero excuse, to get back into entering everything I eat. I know I will feel worse if I eat something, knowing I have to write it down sooooooooooooooo come Jan. 1st, I WILL be 120 and then soon after my goal of 115. No excuses...I got this!

YOU GOT THIS!!! You'll be 120 BEFORE Jan...no problem!!! This site is the ONLY thing that has helped me lose. If I eat wrong one (and I have many many bad day) I just try harder the next day (or next or next) LOL! But it WILL happen. xoxxo
