Tis the season for all kinds of CRAP to come in and out of the office that I really really want to eat SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I need, and have zero excuse, to get back into entering everything I eat. I know I will feel worse if I eat something, knowing I have to write it down sooooooooooooooo come Jan. 1st, I WILL be 120 and then soon after my goal of 115. No excuses...I got this!
