As I promised to myself, I did exercise yesterday. I used The FIRM: Cardio Overdrive, which has high intensity aerobics exercise. I was glad that I was able to follow most of the part with high intensity form, but my muscles sore! My thighs, arms, and shoulders! This one didn't have concentrated core work, so I didn't feel pain on my abs yet. I am planning to do Hard Core Fusion today, which has both cardio and strength training workout. I wonder how much I can follow. I also wonder how much my muscle ache get worse tonight. I'll see!
