so got off on a good track today....ate well so far, exercised 30 minutes of cardio and feeling like I could do some more so I'm about to got do p90x ab ripper. I have to stay on track.

Great Job lovey! Its good to get right back in the swing of things as quickly as possible. Make sure you record your food because I find that is so KEY!. Keep up the good work
