Ah, hell... I've been sleeping really badly since my husband got a cough in August. The cough still hasn't gone, my nights are horribly disturbed, and I feel exhausted and hungry the whole time. So the painfully lost pounds are slowly creeping back on. The evenings are the worst - if I am around him and his continuous biscuit/crisp/nut/chocolate eating, I feel duty bound to join in. That really isn't helping.
So, as of today, I shall carry my little pink notebook around and record EVERYTHING that I eat and drink, and consider moving into the spare room so that I can have some undisturbed nights. Because it's not good to be gaining again. And I'm not liking the reappearing chins.
First aim: 181 lb (3 lb gone)
Second aim: 175 lb (9 lb gone)
Third aim: 170 lb (14 lb gone)
