I guess since the journal is here I should use it.

Last night I decided that after I got my son off to school this morning I'd ride the recumbent exercise bike that is in the garage. Of course we both woke up sick so I haven't made it out there yet. I am hoping I feel better tomorrow so I can start. I know that I need to start exercising or my weight loss is going to stop.

Since I'm not sure where else to put pictures I'm going to put my starting pic here, and a pic from last month. The starting pic was taken at Christmas a couple of years ago. I started my weight loss journey in January of 2010.
