I am trying to get back into the swing of things. I keep telling myself that I am going to pick up the book and get back on track. So far I have failed. All I can think of is that I had a goal for our trip to Mexico and since coming back I have allowed myself a bunch of little excuses to stray and my weight has not continued to drop as I had hoped.
I am going to try to set a new goal and hope that it is enough to inspire me. Anyone have any suggestions that might help as daily inspiration?
