I am so happy-I can't believe i lost so much weight this week! I really must have had alot of water gain from T.O.M but I am so happy. I am going to stick with this diet!Today is a good day!I weighed myself on 3 scales because i couldn't believe it! Until next time-Yvvie

52.8 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
