So, today is my second day. Both days I've stayed within my daily point allowance, and I've exercised both days. I feel like I'm starting off pretty well, and I love the diet calendar. WW requires that you keep the journal,and the calendar allows you to choose from food you've eaten other days. It's really saving me a lot of time. I did, though, eat some candy today. It was first day teaching, and I was way stressed. I'm really disappointed that I did that on my second day, but I just have to move forward.
