Your Coach's Journal, 25 Feb 20

A terrible day of eating.
The only positive is I frequently snacked.
Drank more water today as I felt dry and dehydrated.
Last night I slept for one hour.
I got through the day though I did struggle.
I’m really proud of my commitment to training mg work life social life balance is perfect at the moment.
I workout until I’m fatigued un assisted during the week with one/two rest days.
Over the weekend I spend over an hour with a coach for power training then the other day with my partner which I love as we always push each other we spend anywhere from an hour to three with one another depending on what muscle group we train and how we feel on the day 😊😊

I’m so excited for bed! 🛏❤️
