Things are going ok with the healthy eating. Bit tired at the moment, feel a bit low but perhaps it's coming to the time of the month. Feel a bit out of sorts, although not enough to send me to the sweet shop. So far so good not eaten any sweet things since I began this. Did the wii today and the vibro plate so keeping up with the exercise.
Start college next week so need to have my plans in place for food every day, will take a bit of working out with kids in school etc but I suppose everyone does it so I will just have to get my routine down pat.
118.4 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 54.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
