I need to work on going to bed earlier and not snacking at night. It's hard because that is the time that the kids are in bed, husband's at work, and I can cross stitch, watch a show or two, and relax! Do whatever I want. Why does it have to involve munching on something? I feel like I have no willpower!

welcome to the club! That is my problem as well - i get home, finally get to sit and reach for the "comfort" food and one small handful is never enough. if you figure something out to help you, pass it along because i know i could use the help too.
