345 kcal (15;31;24). Open egg sandwich: 2 slices of bread, 2 eggs, 1 tomato, cucumber, lettuce leafs, and two important components: light cottage cheese with herbs and garlic and TIGER "Grill mix" . I usually drop eggs in the pan, while it's frying , I prepare the rest of ingredients, warm up sandwiches for 1 minute in a microwave without eggs and toast the bottom of bread in the pan. Good luck and don't give up!
