Trying out new simple recipe from NHS website. Half thin bagel + 40 g of yogurt mixed with 8 g of dried fruits + 30 g of banana. 150 kcal. It's really nice and sweet!

Tried a bit different (for me) dinner: half of thin bagel , egg, avocado, tomato + yogurt with strawberries and blueberries, 15 g of granola and 5 g of flaxseed.
I love when i have a few different dishes in one meal.
