Disappointed that I didn't lose more. I've been really good about putting everything in my food diary, even when I wasn't proud of it. And I've been exercising every day and I quit smoking on the 1st. Patience, patience.
80.3 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
