Apparently weekends are very difficult for me. Something always comes up and I rarely have the discipline to follow the diet plan almost every weekend. I am still motivated to continue to lose weight. I will have more time to discuss my plans later. For now, I'm still trying to follow a more healthy path.
86.6 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 20.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
