Well, it's 6:30 and I've had a pretty successful day. My husband got the groceries, yeah. I worked out for 35 minutes. I've been fighting a migraine for a few days, so I don't have much push. I ate healthy & the kids are great.

I am starting a new job on Monday & will have a much tighter schedule. I am going to try to get up and do a practice AM workout before my scheduled time to leave for work. I am going to try this Thurs & Fri. Hope it works!!

Good job! Finding a routine that works definately helps with sticking to a plan, whether it's exercise or diet. It also helps to have a backup plan for those days when the unexpected comes up. Good luck and finding what works best for you.

Try to get all of your snacks ready for the week on Sat or Sun that will help when you are rushing out the door and need a snack. Also get the chopping done and maybe a couple of meals so you don't feel so overwhelmed when you get home from work. If you keep yourself in this schedule and routine it will help! You deserve to be the best you can be! Good Luck!

Did I tell you my migraines have pretty much gone away completely. I may only have one every 60 days! I know they really hurt and you have my compassion. Hope it goes away.
