Looking forward to this new challenge "two hundred sit-ups". I have an Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) coming up soon and I want to max my sit-up portion.
I just completed week 1, day 1 and I feel pretty good. Our daughter is getting married Saturday in Oahu, HI so we fly out tomorrow but I know I can do this challenge while I'm in Hawaii.
