Didn’t eat as much as I’d like to today although I’m on track with all supplements.
Trying out SUPS brand for fish oil this time around vitamin c added bonus and I use nature’s own for bcaa complex with multivitamin - highly recommend!
Just added pure carbs in with powerlifting. (I should have done this in the very beginning)
Coach is keeping me on track without forcing change..
keeps me focused and committed even when I slip.
70.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
