I broke into the 140's today!!Yay!! Then I went to lunch at TGI Fridays with my parents. I asked the waiter to PLEASE cook my chicken PLAIN. Of course that's too hard...there was some kind of oil on it I could tell the minute it hit my stomach. If I'm back in the 150's tomorrow I'm gonna be so upset. Oh well...
