Ahhh can't believe I gained like 4 pounds!! I guess that's what Thanksgiving and birthday parties do to you! I'm eating healthy all day today. So far had some special k, some organic nut mix (thanks Shelley! :P) a wrap and soup. Whew. Gotta keep it up..
91.6 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

realy? i thought you look slimming down !! maybe it's just the weight being stubborn. i had that almost a week and now my weight is finaly going down again. so keep up the good work!!
