I am doing better. It has been a roller coaster ride. I loss 6 lbs and then I put it back on. I am going to the doctor about my heart and I am not allowed to exercise until they know what is wrong. I am tracking my calories and my sodium. 2000 calories and 2500mg sodium. I need to check my average for this week. Hope to have at leaset two more pounds off by next saturday.
