Bahan :
Bihun jagung 200g, Telur 1 butir, Soy milk 200ml, Bawang putih 2 siung, Wortel (potong dadu), Lada bubuk 1sdt, Kaldu jamur 1sdt, Royco 1sdt, Keju parut
Caranya :
✏️ Rebus bihun, sisihkan
✏️ Tumis bawang putih, setelah tercium harum masukkan wortel
✏️ Lalu masukkan soy milk, lada, kaldu jamur n royco. Aduk hingga rata
✏️ Masukkan telur aduk lagi
✏️ Bagi 2 adonan
✏️ Diwadah pertama, masukkan bihun lalu aduk
✏️ Olesi loyang dg sedikit margarin, lalu masukkan bihunnya
✏️ Kemudian tambahkan sisa adonan diatas bihun. Kemudian taburi dg keju parut
✏️ Kukus selama kurang lebih 25 menit
