dlm 5 hari diet telur, udah turun 3kg, taunya timbangan ga stabil tiap harinya, trus di kasi tau kalo mau stabil harus tau kelebihan kalori kalo makan di kasih kendorrrrrrr itu berapa, alhasil, sampe makan siang aja udah -900 kalori yg harus di keluarin. sedangkan aktifitas masih terbatas gara2 cedera tulang pinggul(=_=)
