Sometimes when I begin to lose focus, I will go out and get some fitness type magazines (or pull out some old ones). I will read through all the articles and look at pictures of people who have lost weight and succeeded. It makes me think that if they can do it, so can I. Than I look in my kitchen and fridge to see what kind of food I have on hand and try to plan out my next day so I can stay within points. I also try to plan squeezing in some exercise. Sometimes, I buy a new workout video and sign up for a class that is different from what I usually do. I try to motivate myself through positive thinking and action. If you do it in small steps, it doesn't seem so overwhelming. Good luck!
