Mulai Water Fasting untuk 1 minggu, karna tubuh butuh kalori minimal, jadi ak pake kopi,cream,gula fendah kalori. (^_^)/ Semangaatttt.... liat hilang bbrp Kg 1 Minggu kedepan(^3^)
