OK, so I haven't made a journal entry in awhile. I'm still on track however I do have to admit I started slacking on my exercising for a minute ='( but I'm back on track and heading toward my health goals & those size 8 pants!! I have given myself til the end of the year to get there and feel confident that I can do it. Hope everyone is doing well and staying focused!
