I've blown it today. I rarely drink, but admit I got pretty toasty last night at a party with old friends we haven't seen in years. I'm pretty sure all of those margaritas are a no-no in Phase 1 :)
I tried to nurse my hangover with egg whites, but they didn't help much. A coke and some tamales helped and tonight we're grilling ribs. Still, I'm motivated by my success and look forward to getting back to my diet tomorrow.
