Went back down, at least. Sure learned my lesson about stopping phase 1. This is such a difficult time to do the first 2 weeks of SB. Beating myself up for not doing this sooner. Maybe I will give it a couple of more days and go to some hybrid of the SB or low carb. I really don't want to do WW because there are so many options, and I don't want to think about food all the time. Still, I need to do something to kick start me in the right direction or thing will really spiral out of control.
68.5 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Just stay true the first 14 days and it gets easier. Think about it, what is 14 days (of all the veggies and lean meat you want) if it means a good kick start to weight loss and will set you up for less cravings and a more successful weight loss down the road? It's only 14 days to a new you! I think you can do it!

Ah, you're so right. Thanks for the encouragement. I know this diet works. I have tomorrow all planned----half my battle. If I leave it up to chance, that fridge door calls my name....
