Woke up in middle of night to drink soda. Was afraid I would show a gain, but did not. That's good news since today is a family b-day celebration and I see cake in my near future. I will just have to have a taste and go back to the program tomorrow. Accept the setbacks as they come. Life will always get in the way of a diet---as it should.
67.9 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
