Lost another lb. I recall from the last time I tried SB that this is the quick loss phase, and it is starting to work again for me. I've been a little more strict with myself. I did have soy chips, and I can't find them on the SB counters or food lists. Probably not a good idea, but I still lost a lb. Not complaining!
68.0 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.2 kg a Week

I cheat a little. I can either have that one cookie or one small piece of chocolate and forget about it or I can tell myself no and keep thinking about it ALL day. I also will sometimes eat veggi chips made out of sweet pots. I'm not saying cheat very often just when you really need to.
