I'm feeling really good about my progress. Yesterday's frappacino was not a good choice, but overall I'm making some major improvements in my diet. I was really sore today from doing a bunch of lunges Monday, so I had to walk instead of going for a run, but at least I got out and did something!
I know I'm not supposed to weigh every day, but I've found it works better for me. I haven't lost anything yet, but at least I haven't gained.
