I was so tired this morning, and it was so hard to get up. I just sleep till eight. (I'm still unemployed.) My energy was so low, and I was barely awake. I read a book a while, and at eleven, I finally decided to do workout. At first, it was really tough, and I was breathing very fast. By the time I was half way of the workout DVD, I started feel better. When I finished it, I actually felt more energy! (I skipped exercise machine and pilates though.)
I have heard many people said this, but till today, I had never felt better after workout on the day feeling so tired and less energy. It IS amazing.
